Need a general direction for my history paper?

Well for one everyone in America has the opportunity to utilize fossil fuels but it all depends on how they use it. If you're richer than most you'll have a big house, big cars, bigger consumption, if you're poorer you won't use as much. But all in all the rich can use it, the poor can use, it doesn't matter the color, etc... though the rich have more opportunities to use it more. Hope I helped somehow
