Is the PSP just really slow at loading an online multiplayer game for any of the GTAs on it or do people...?

these games use ad-hoc which in turn is not really internet you'd have to go and go near friends with psps to do this. infrastracture or Internet Enabled uses online play. all gtas for psp only have ad-hoc.
