Going to a club by yourself if your a girl?

Okay so recently me and my best friend decided to call it quits with our friendship and she was the only one that will really go out with me or could[none of my other friends are legal yet] last time i went alone i was meeting someone there, but its fourth of July weekend and a race is going on so i'm guessing the club is going to be filled with people and this time i wont be meeting anyone there just going because i'm not staying in on a Friday night, life's to short to just sit around, what do you think i should do or any advice?
