2 part question involving the GTA series?

Alright in your oppinion what is the best GTA game? For me its got to be San Andreas it was the first one i ever played and it was amazing all the things you could do in it then you could in the other GTA games plus i liked the gangsta theme every other GTA game seems to be related to the Mafia this one stood out, i played VC and III afterwards and i didnt get hooked like SA the stories were to short, and was as much free roam as SA then there IV i played it a couple times not going to lie it was fun and all but the story was to similar to the other GTA games and some of the new things bothered me too much so i didnt get hooked on that either, so what is your favorite GTA and why?? Second question theres talk of GTA5 coming out in 2012 and i want to know where you think it should take place (ex Vice City, Liberty City, San Andreas, or somewhere new) im hoping its in SA because liberty was used too much if u ask me and Vice was a cool but kinda small, SA would be perfect for it because of its size and uniqueness so what do you think?
