Kanon Visual Novel Mai's Bad Ending?

I read on TV Tropes that there's a certain ending with Mai's route, where she starts to fall apart without Sayuri's friendship. I've went through her route a few more times but can't find out how to get this ending. Does anyone know the choices you have to make to get this ending, or just what you have to do in general?
