How long can someone go to jail for this....?

now-a-days if all these are 1st time charges...probably nothing a couple of weeks... maybe a couple of months as long as the 273.5pc wasnt too serious...(scratches, bruises and not broken bones...) its so overcrowded in the jail system that these charges arent too serious to house for very long...
