Christians: Why do you deny evolution because there "isn't enough evidence"?

Who created evolution? God. Absolutely ZERO evidence that mankind evolved from a common ape ancestor but the rest of creation shows tons of evidence of evolution. Problem is most scientist refuse to see the difference. They make the assumption about mankind because of evidence of other creatures evolving. That's a mistake.
