Deniers, your turn: When, where and how did you first learn about global warming?

I first heard about it when when I saw Gore's truly unbelievably stupid propaganda flick. I thought I was watching something for 3rd graders based on how he talked and the evidence he used. Even though I wasn't that familiar with climate science, I knew enough about general science, geology and simple logic to know that practically every word was either a carefully fabricated deception or an outright lie. Later on I leaned that even some of the things I didn't know about before were bogus.
