Were can i fined crystals/fossils in yucaipa CA?

yeah i've been trying to look for some places i can go crystal/fossil hunting, but there isn't much in yucaipa and most other places you have to pay to do it. can someone tell me a place i can just go and hunt for crystals/fossils in yucaipa or not that far from it? please help me =/
