Will Nintendo repair this Wii?

I want to send it in due to a power issue (might be caused by a bad bluetooth module). Technically it's still under warranty, but it's obvious that it's been opened before; it's very beaten and missing a few screws, the DVD drive isn't connected to the ribbon cable due to a broken clip and even if it were it won't take discs due to other breaks inside the drive. If they were able to power the thing on and take a look at the memory they'd see a bunch of warranty-voiding homebrew and custom VC games. Just wondering if anyone had any experience with these matters and how closely Nintendo's repair guys looked at them.
