My girlfriend is in horrible pain with her back, any suggestions on how to help her?

Okay so my girlfriend is in a lot of pain with her lower back, she cant seem to get any relief shes tried pain killers tiger balm and even chocolate to no avail. Shes wont go to the doc shes to stubborn ( i love her stubbornness)....anyways Im overseas I cant help her in person but its hurting me to see pain in her face when we are on skype, has anyone any remedies I can suggest that might give her some relief??? thanks vc
