Is this a good way to end this friendship deal?

i liked a girl and she lead me on time after time after time and when i don't like her she gets all flirty. its like when i'm glad to text her she takes her time or doesn't always reply but when i don't want to really text she flirts and sends me like 2 or 3 a minute. i'm sick of it and even though were friends i don't want to be bc she will keep on so i'm ending it by cutting off all contacts like phones (btw she makes me feel like i have to text her everyday or she gets sad and she never is the one who text me) so i slowed down and now ive deleted her. if i cut all ways we talk or so on i can finally just ignore her for good. i tried it before and she sent a text at first because i didn't text recently (i was kind of surprised bc she never sends the first text like i said) but then she sent a few sad ones and i fell for it. same old cylce and everything... how do i lose her for good if she screws with me like this? does she enjoy it because i wish we never met. am i wrong at all to be like this?
