In arizona what are some good spots to go outdoor, like sedona, fossil creek?

i like the outdoors i usually go to coconino national forest over by camp verde but im looking for another place thats good to, i like the water and lakes im looking for a place that not too many people go, were theres no big boats just trees and nature, theres a great place called fossil creek with a waterfall but im looking for new relaxing spots in arizona, i live in phoenix
