I said I like her, but didn't get a clear answer. (What now?)?

It sounds like you are in a really tough spot! Being a girl myself, I admit we can be VERY confusing. After reading what has been going on it sounds to me like this girl might possibly have feelings for you but now she doesn't know what to say. You may have caught her off guard and she may feel confused as to what to do, since you both are going away for so long; she might not want to start something because you wont see eachother for so long. I would suggest that you ask her straight out what she is feeling and thinking. You opened up to her so now it is her turn to open up to you. Knowing how I have felt in similar situations, I believe she would want to talk to you. It is a bonus that you guys are still talking, so use that. I hope all goes well!
